Here is an example of a logistics center where "solvent-free UV coating" has been applied. Employees regularly paint the floors, but since they do not clean much before painting, there are areas where the coating has peeled off due to poor adhesion and curing. Therefore, we adopted "solvent-free UV coating." The paint used is Atomix's "Epowan." To enhance adhesion, the surface is thoroughly polished. After applying a dedicated primer, the topcoat is applied. The following day, a solvent-free coating is applied to improve surface protection and cleanability.
